Navprerna Rewari & Rotary Navprerna Vocational Centre (A centre recently opened by RC Rewari Main) organised “Divyang Khel Mohatsav 2020” at Rao Tula Ram Stadium Rewari especially for specially challenged children of Rewari District. The chief guest of the event was Ms. Kirti Jain (CJM Legal Aid) Rewari Guest of Honour were Rtn. Ravi Gupta (Asstt. Governor Zone-16, Rotary Distt. 3011) Sh. Shashi Singla (Chairman, GD Goenka Public School, Rewari). The event started with the Saraswati Vandana, March past by schools and enlightenment of Special Olympics Torch. The team of Special Olympics Bharat was available specially to conduct this Olympics. 178 students of various schools or Rewari and near by cities participated in this event. The schools named Navprerna, Rotary Navprerna Vocational Centre, Samarpit School, Mavan Vikas special school Pataudi, Prayas School Dharuhera, Aastha Special School Bhiwadi, Kalpana School Rewari actively participated in this event.

 

The prize distribution ceremony was started at 03:00 pm in which Sh. Lala Puran Chand (Bhatte Wale) was the chief guest and Sh. Naresh Goel (Deputy Superintendent, Distt. Jail Rewari) participated as Guest of Honour. They honored the winners with medals and certificates. Various cultural programs were also performed the students of these schools. 

We are thankful to Dr. Tara Saxena for sponsored the fruits for the participating children, many thanks for Ms. Anuradha for providing lunch for all through her organization. Many thanks to Vedanta Hospital Rewari and his Chairman Dr. Pawan Gupta for providing wonderful medical facilities during the camp. We are thankful to the students of Satish B.Ed. college & G.D Goenka Public School Rewari for their presence during the event, their voluntarily help and for motivating the participants.  We are highly obliged. 

 

The event was well organised due to sincere efforts of Ms. Gayatri, Ms. Shweta & entire staff of Navprerna & Rotary Navprerna Vocational centre. Adv. Mahender Ji, Sh. Subhash Mangla, Sh. HK Vasistha, Rtn. Harish Malik, Rtn. Pradeep Narula, Rtn. JP Chauhan, R’Ann Jyoti Arun Gupta, Parents of all the participants were also available during the event and provided their valuable services for the success of this event.
